Phase 3 Workspace

Operational Layer

Run post-Phase 2 operational analytics to generate reconciliation outputs, economics views, leakage controls, and action-ready artifacts.

Numerator Focus

Loss + Excess + Salvage + Recovery Deductions / Premium

This workspace is optimized for rapid reruns after column mapping and assumption profile selection in the upload flow.

1. Upload

2. Run Controls

`Client Workspace` is display name, `client_slug` is the URL-safe key used in run paths, and `client_salt` keeps deterministic IDs stable per workspace. Premium/Freight overrides are optional portfolio-level inputs for Phase 3 economics only.

Important for realistic economics outputs

  • 1. Optional: Premium override (net premium for the same period)
  • 2. Optional: Freight override (total freight spend / turnover for same period). Enables loss-per-freight + contract leakage insights.
  • 3. Re-run Phase 3

Without overrides, Phase 3 uses inferred proxies (better than before, but less precise for portfolio-level benefit estimation).

Optional: Total freight spend for this portfolio period. Used to compute loss-per-freight and contract leakage indicators. If blank, Phase 3 estimates exposure from claims (less precise).

Uses last saved column mappings and assumption profile from the upload workflow. Add premium + freight overrides for stronger portfolio-ratio economics.

3. Artifacts

Artifacts appear after a successful run.

Run Summary

Run Phase 3 to populate operational KPIs.

Reconciliation Downloads

Operational transparency outputs for review and audit trails.

Client and counterparty views are exposed side by side

The workspace produces transparent outputs; final decisions remain with your operating and claims teams.
